Depends how much face you’re working with. But for most, two to three pumps gets the job done—SPF, moisture, and all.

You can, but keep in mind The Resistance is specifically for the face. It’ll work on small areas like your neck, chest, or shoulders, but for broader body coverage, consider a sunscreen designed for body use. (Coming soon, BTW!)

Yep! It’s lightweight and non-greasy, so it won’t gum up your beard. Just make sure to rub it in thoroughly to reach the skin underneath for full protection—because Mother Earth is gunning for your beautiful face skin, not your killer beard.
