To initiate a return, please contact us at human@hellon.earth. We will issue you a return authorization at that time. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If more than 15 business days have passed since you returned your product, please don't hesitate to contact us at human@hellon.earth.

Please note that while we are happy to honor our satisfaction guarantee, we cannot process multiple refunds for the same product. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We monitor return and refund activity and reserve the right to limit or refuse a refund if we find that our policies have been abused. Any finding of abuse of our policies shall be at our sole discretion and is not appealable. We are not obligated to disclose our reasons or methods, except to inform the consumer that their refund request is being refused due to abuse of our return policy.
